Copying a file in Windows Explorer
1) Open Windows Explorer:
a) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
b) Select 'Programs' and select 'Windows Explorer'.
2) Select the file to be copied:
a) Double-click the folder containing the file to be copied from the 'All Folders' list box.
b) Select the file from the 'Contents of <path>' list box, where <path> indicates the drive and folder where the file is stored.
3) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
4) Select the folder in which to copy the file from the 'All Folders' list box. (The file is highlighted.)
5) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'.
